Job Summary:
HarmonyTech is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Senior Web Developer specializing in Microsoft .NET, C#, and SQL Development. You will be working with a high-performing agile team leading, designing and implementing business solutions that involve an enterprise records management solution.
Responsibilities:
• evaluating the technical architecture of the environment
• translating business requirements into software applications and modules
• designing and implementing improvements to the environment
• creating database schemas, tables and stored procedures
• providing surge support for maintaining application infrastructure
• assisting with user support for the system
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience in a technical role supporting large scale IT systems, preferably for document and records management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years developing ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API code following established best programming practices
• Developing custom services, components, or modules using C# and .NET Framework
• Experience designing, creating and implementing database systems based on the end user's requirements
• Experience developing and maintaining efficient, well-documented custom SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers using Microsoft T-SQL
• Experience creating and troubleshooting query performance using SQL Server Profiler, Performance Monitor, DBCC Commands, Database Engine Tuning Advisor and Execution plans
• Experience developing new and maintaining existing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Preferred:
• Experience automating data Import/Extraction using SQL Server tools such as SSIS, BCP, bulk insert
• Experience with SQL Server Data Tools projects in Microsoft Visual Studio and DACPAC deployment
• Experience with database DevOps practices like continuous integration, automated testing and deployment automation
• Experience with Record Management systems (preferably eDocs) or similar platforms
• Federal government consulting experience
