People & Operations Specialist (Local Candidates Only)

Role Overview
The People & Operations Specialist is a highly trusted, cross-functional role responsible for supporting and improving Human Resources, administrative operations, and marketing coordination across the practice.
This role operates with a high level of ownership, discretion, and independent judgment, partnering closely with leadership to execute key initiatives that impact employee experience, operational efficiency, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Talent Operations
  • Support-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, including sourcing strategy, screening, and offer coordination
  • Lead onboarding experience, ensuring seamless 30/60/90-day integration and engagement
  • Create and maintain relationships with school internships and community presence being point of contact.
  • Supports HRIS accuracy, reporting, and employee data integrity
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism

Operations & Administrative Leadership
  • Support and improve administrative workflows, systems, and internal processes
  • Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and operational coordination
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, meetings, trainings, and internal communications

Marketing & Brand Coordination
  • Support execution of internal and external marketing initiatives
  • Assist with content creation, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
  • Partner with leadership to maintain consistent brand presence across platforms
  • Administrative support executing engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture events

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business, Healthcare Administration preferred)
  • 2-4+ years of experience in HR, operations, or a cross-functional business role
  • Experience in healthcare or professional services environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience
  • Experience supporting leadership or business operations highly preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Personal reliable transportation and valid driver's license for occasional job-related errands
