• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, utilizing a combination of hands-on assessments and advanced diagnostic tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing patients’ overall quality of life through evidence-based techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Administer various therapies using specialized equipment, ensuring that each session is tailored to address specific patient needs and goals.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatments, outcomes, and necessary adjustments to therapy plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on post-treatment exercises, ergonomic practices, and the proper use of assistive devices to support ongoing recovery.
• Participate in regular intake assessments for new patients, nurturing strong therapeutic relationships through effective communication and empathy.
• Maintain current knowledge in the field by attending workshops, engaging with professional literature, and networking within physical therapy associations.

In your role, you will primarily work with individuals who are experiencing pain or functional limitations due to orthopedic conditions, post-surgery recovery, or chronic illnesses. Your effective interventions are crucial in enabling patients to regain their independence and enhance their daily quality of life. Our diverse clientele includes children and adults, allowing for a broad spectrum of interaction and patient care.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively converse with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and patient management.
• Strong adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Though prior experience is not a requirement, candidates with internships or clinical rotation experience in orthopedic settings will be considered an asset.
