• Maintain a caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, assess stability, plan for upcoming appointments, and manage discharge when appropriate.
• Create, develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation of client progress notes and other necessary records.
• Administer intake assessments to new clients to identify initial needs and establish a baseline for treatment.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, ensuring direct therapeutic engagement with clients.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, utilizing an integrated approach to patient care.

Your primary focus will be on providing direct psychotherapy services to a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and experiences, requiring culturally competent care tailored to individual circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience within an outpatient setting.
• Proficient in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for case management and documentation purposes.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families, including diverse populations.
• Comfortable and familiar with conducting intake assessments to ensure effective care planning.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, driven by a fee-for-service model.
