  • Manage data conversions and migrations using AI-assisted FBDI, ADF-DI, and ETL processes.
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data flows across enterprise systems.

4. Testing, Training & Support
  • Conduct unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Lead CRP sessions, SIT/UAT activities, and end-user training (English and/or Spanish preferred).
  • Provide post-production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, leveraging Tessera AI insights.

5. Client Delivery & Engagement
  • Serve as the onsite technical lead delivering ERP modernization projects at client locations.
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions and functional designs with AI-optimized workflows.
  • Provide guidance on Oracle ERP modernization strategies and AI-enabled best practices.

6. Enterprise Automation & AI Integration
  • Apply Tessera AI-driven automation to ERP workflows, legacy code remediation, and data harmonization.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate ERP systems into multi-agent automation frameworks.
  • Support modernization initiatives involving incomplete documentation and legacy customizations.

Required Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Strong SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, VBCS, and workflow development skills.
