Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Seeking an experienced Oracle ERP (Cloud) Finance Consultant with strong expertise across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Subledger Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (EBS R12 / Fusion Cloud Financials)
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• GL, AP, AR, FA, Subledger Accounting
• Expertise in financial close processes and reconciliations
• Experience in Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher / OTBI / SQL-based reporting)
• Good understanding of P2P and O2C cycles
• Experience in production support and incident resolution models
• Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
• Experience in managing mergers and acquisitions is preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
The role involves end-to-end finance process support, month-end close activities, troubleshooting, and direct engagement with business stakeholders (Finance Controllers, Accounting teams) for day-to-day operations and business enhancements.
• Work directly with Finance Controllers, Accounting teams, and business stakeholders to understand financial processes and requirements
• Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design discussions
• Translating business requirements into Oracle ERP functional solutions
• Provide advisory support on finance best practices and process optimization
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Facilitate:
o Journal entry validation and posting
o Reconciliations (GL vs subledger)
o Intercompany transactions
o Accruals and adjustments
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and close cycle execution
o Financial reports (GL, AP, AR, FA)
o Subledger reconciliation reports
o Custom and standard reports using BI Publisher / OTBI / Oracle reporting tools
Salary Range- $135,000-$150,000 a year
