Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Shifts: 3PM/11PM and 11PM to 7AM positions available

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at Gulfport Nursing Center, located in beautiful South Pasadena, Florida. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed Nurse in Florida or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

  • Familiarity working with elderly population

  • Proficiency in English

  • Maintains First Aid and CPR certification
