We are looking for a Business Operations amp; Data Analyst to support our day-to-day store operations while driving business performance through data analysis and reporting. You will work closely with store managers and senior leadership to monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and help the business make smarter, faster decisions.

This is an ideal role for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, data analytics, and reporting within a dynamic retail organization.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor store KPIs and business performance metrics
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for leadership
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities and present findings to leadership
  • Support daily store operations and assist managers in hitting business targets

What We're Looking For
