About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented, motivated recent graduate to join our IT team as an Administrative Assistant in our Doral, FL office. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone early in their career who has developed strong organizational, customer service, and reporting skills within a corporate environment. You'll provide administrative and operational support to the IT department, helping keep processes, records, ticketing, and reporting running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the IT team, ensuring smooth daily workflows
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal employees submitting IT requests, delivering prompt, professional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, tickets, and documentation
  • Assist with tracking and updating IT inventory (hardware, software licenses, equipment assignments)
  • Prepare, update, and distribute reports using Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, formatting)
