Job Description:
For Data Analyst position we need below skills. Need 10+ years' experience with Healthcare experience.
1) Experience writing basic SQL and ability to build on smaller logics
2) Experience in DW and Web Services.
3) Experience with Source-to-target writing. Example Identity rule, natural key / primary key.
4) Understanding of Data warehousing/ETL concepts like incremental load, type II dimension load.
5) Hands on or prior experience with Data modeling preferred Erwin.
6) Documentation skills, understands how to write an impact/gap analysis, Functional specification document.
7) Plus to have Health care domain knowledge
8) Good understand on D/W architecture and design and able to interpret the architecture diagram
9) Good hands on the DB2 database and write SQL queries
10) Understand Star Schema and snow flake schema in Data warehouse
11) Knowledge on Data Modeling and Erwin Tool
12) Knowledge on how to write effective Functional requirement Specification (FRS)
13) Understand the BRD (business requirement document) and research thoroughly the Data flow from end –to-end
14) Knowledge on writing S2T (Source to Target) with clear and effective transformation logic
15) Provide high level solutions based on the requirements
16) Understand Meta Data Hub concepts and support MDH
17) Knowledge on writing DED (Data Exchange Documents) and providing details on data sharing
18) Understanding of job scheduling knowledge and nice to have experience working with Ctrl-M scheduling
