Find your calling at Mercy!The Clerkship Coordinator manages and coordinates medical student clinical rotations, including third- and fourth-year clinical clerkships, advanced internships, and elective rotations. This role provides administrative support to the Clerkship Director and serves as the primary liaison between students, faculty, and clinical sites to ensure a high-quality educational experience and compliance with accreditation standards.Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience
Licensure:
Certification/Registration:

Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Office and learning new systems (e.g., LMS or tracking tools)
Demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to continuous learning
Experience in process improvement and project management
Experience in higher education, medical education, and/or healthcare
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
