  • Partner with internal teams to investigate issues, align on resolution steps, and provide guidance on interchange-related questions
  • Configure or support automation-related reporting and services to improve analysis, monitoring, and operational efficiency
  • Build working knowledge of interchange processes, merchant submissions, card brand rules, and Fiserv platform requirements to support accurate analysis
  • Use artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as Microsoft Copilot, prompting techniques, or similar technologies to improve research, analysis, and workflow efficiency

  • 3+ years of experience performing root cause analysis, trend analysis, and issue resolution in a client-facing or operational environment
  • Experience communicating technical findings, issue impacts, and recommended actions to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience configuring, supporting, or maintaining automation reporting, automated services, or similar operational workflows
  • Experience learning new systems, tools, and workflows quickly, including use of proprietary platforms such as IMS or similar systems, with the ability to ramp up through on-the-job training
  • Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as Microsoft Copilot, effective prompting techniques, or similar productivity tools in an analytical work environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience working with card brand rules and regulations
  • Experience with transaction processing systems and payment platform operations
  • Experience collaborating across operations, client support, technology, and product teams
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or equivalent certification or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

How you'll work:
