Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist
Profession: Pharmacy

Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care experience within the last 3 years
License: Must possess a state pharmacy license in good professional standing

Strong acute care experience
Epic experience
Ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Description:
The inpatient pharmacist will primarily focus on complex patient medication reconciliations and order recommendations.
Candidates must be comfortable practicing in a pharmacist as practitioner model with a high degree of autonomy.
Intravenous experience and pharmacotherapy management are essential.
Experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting is desired.
The role involves interactions with hospitalist groups for medication changes on behalf of patients.
Successful candidates should have experience with medication management, including high-alert medications, therapeutic monitoring, and dosing adjustments.
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in the use of pharmacy systems and technologies.
