Reporting to the Marketing Manager,Sierra, this role is specifically responsible forimplementinginfluencer andEarnedstrategies and programming to help drive the success ofSierra.The ideal candidate is a proactiveself-starterwho thrives workingindependently yetis also comfortable being handson and collaborating within a team.   • Assistininfluencer andEarnedstrategy developmentand creationof impactful, engaging multichannel programs and content to help drive consideration, attract prospects, and further engage brand fans.

  • SuperviseInfluencer content in partnership with brand,creative, and externalagency partnersto ensure our business modelis reflected in a social-first way. This includeswriting briefs&leadingalways-oncreative evaluation, feedback & approvals.

  • Nimblypartner across the teamonmanagingcontent calendaracross all channelswhile providingcreative recommendations and optimizations based onmerchandise priorities,trends,andsocialperformance.

  • Partnerwithagency to discover, vet, select and contract both ongoing and ad-hocinfluencerpartners.

  • Assist in implementing Earnedprogrammingwith external agency, including creative evaluation, feedback/andapprovals. Assist agency withdrafting talking points andselecting merchandise for broadcast segments.

  • Be responsible for allGrand Opening press releasedraftsand reviews. Assist in managing inbound press inquiries in partnershipwith agency and Global Communications.

  • Partnerwith internal teams as neededincludingLegal,Global Communications, MediaandMarketing teams

  • Supervisesthe day-to-day management of the influencer and earned budgets including invoicing,tracking expenses,reconcilingmonthlyprojections andrepresenting the team in monthly budget meetings.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of ad agency orclient-sideAdvertising/Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing influencer programs
  • Use andsolid understanding of a range of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok,Facebook, etc.
  • Communication is key - strong oral and written communicator, comfortable providing clear feedback grounded inbrandstrategy
  • Interestin retail and theoff-pricebusiness
  • A greatteammate who collaborates well and enjoys building relationships with partners across multiple fields with the ability to navigate different team dynamics
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail,organizationand time management skills.

This position is hybrid requiring at least two days per week in the Framingham, MA office and is not open to remote.
