Interns work alongside experienced professionals to learn about hotel operations, guest services, management, and other key areas. These internships typically last for a few months and may be offered in various departments such as front office, food and beverage, sales, or human resources. The goal is to help interns gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and potentially secure future employment opportunities within Marriott or the broader hospitality sector.

What kinds of projects and responsibilities can interns expect during a Marriott internship?

During a Marriott internship, interns typically engage in hands-on projects that support their assigned department, such as hospitality operations, marketing, finance, or human resources. Responsibilities may include assisting with guest services, participating in team meetings, conducting research, and collaborating on process improvements.
