Job description

Manufacturing Project Manager (Contract โ€“ 6 to 18 Months)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex manufacturing initiatives across multiple U.S. operations. This role will manage cross-functional projects involving manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and plant leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a certified PMP with a strong background managing large-scale manufacturing projects in fast-paced industrial environments. This individual must be highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and locations.

This is a contract engagement expected to last approximately 6โ€“18 months, with flexibility on work location within the United States. Key operational sites include NJ; SC; MI; and KY.

Key Responsibilities

ยท Lead complex manufacturing and operational projects from initiation through execution and closeout

ยท Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies

ยท Coordinate cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, procurement, and plant leadership

ยท Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
