Internship Term: Fall 2026 (September-December)
Internship Location: on-site in Indianapolis, IN
Anticipated Time Commitment: approximately 20 hours per week
Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Digital Partnerships Intern to assist our Digital Marketing and Corporate Partnerships teams in sales and activation for digital content assets on social media, video production, websites, email, and mobile apps for Pacers Sports & Entertainment. The intern will work closely with Pacers Sports & Entertainment front office staff at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with partnership activations and digital coverage at various company events, including Pacers & Fever games.
  • Project management and partner coordination for contracted digital elements.
  • Develop and update project plans and timelines
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables
  • Understand the brand and business objectives of each Pacers and Fever Partner.
  • Monitor and analyze various digital marketing campaign metrics and share key learnings with internal and external partners.
  • Assist in the ideation and creation of packages for prospective corporate partners.
  • Meaningful contribution to digital marketing topics including best practices, industry trends, resources to assist with gathering, and uncovering partner marketing objectives.
  • Support the department in day-to-day tasks and undertake projects/activities as recommended by the Digital Partnerships Manager.
  • Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of all digital partnership projects and initiatives.
  • Understand and align with all company policies, procedures and requirements.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Enrolled in a college or university program as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities, self-motivation, ability to work well among others and take initiative.
  • Ability to interact, collaborate and communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external people in a professional and ethical manner.
  • A positive and hardworking personality.
  • High level interpersonal, planning, time management and problem solving skills.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve tasks and department efficiencies.
