Location: Cambridge, MD, 21613

Shift: Eve | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Cambridge, MD. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice and patient safety. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the care plan and facility policies.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
    • Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions to the RN or physician.
    • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of patients.
    • Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
    • Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times.
    • Support patients and families by providing education and emotional care.
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland.
      • CPR/BLS certification (required).
      • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
      • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
