Job description

EXPERIENCED MOVER - Drivers & Leads – Apply Only If You've Done This Before

Square Cow Moovers Commerce City, CO Full Time $22-$32/hr + Tips

Stop reading if you haven't worked for a licensed moving company

We're hiring movers who already know the job — no training from scratch, no hand-holding. If you've loaded a 26' truck, wrapped furniture for transport, and know what a Bill of Lading is, keep reading.

What We Need

- 1+ years of residential and/or commercial moving experience with a licensed moving company (not warehouse, not appliance delivery — actual household/office moves)

- For drivers, ability to drive and load a 26' box truck (CDL not required, but must have clean MVR)

- For leads, experience leading a crew of 2–3 and communicating with customers on-site

- Knowledge of proper furniture wrapping, padding, stacking, and load securing

- Ability to use a tablet with moving software and standard moving forms (inventory sheets, BOLs, prior damage reports)

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers

- Valid driver's license with clean MVR (for drivers)

- Can pass a background check

What You'll Do

- Operate as a driver and/or lead on local and long-distance moves

- Manage crew performance and customer expectations throughout the move

- Conduct pre- and post-move walkthroughs with customers

- Ensure safe loading, transport, and unloading of all items

What We Offer

- Competitive pay: **$22-$32/hr based on experience

- Tips depending on performance

**Applications without moving company experience will not be considered.**
