What You'll Do
  • Create, edit, and meticulously maintain website content across various distinct brands, ensuring unwavering accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Develop and update essential content such as FAQ sections, detailed program pages, and high-impact landing pages, all designed to proactively address prospective student inquiries and support critical enrollment objectives.
  • Masterfully transform intricate information into clear, concise, and user-friendly web copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Skillfully adapt messaging and tone to align with the unique identity of each brand, while consistently delivering a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Guarantee that all content meets rigorous accessibility standards, editorial guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Leverage advanced content generation tools to enhance efficiency, ensuring that all output maintains exceptional originality and quality.
  • Engage in close collaboration with project managers, marketing specialists, and key stakeholders to gather necessary information, facilitate content reviews, and meet critical publishing deadlines.
  • Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of content requests simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to detail.

Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in web content writing or web copyediting, gained within an agency, marketing department, or in-house environment.
  • Proven experience in writing and maintaining website content within a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, coupled with an outstanding eye for detail.
  • A critical thinker with the ability to anticipate user questions, logically organize information, and consistently create content that elevates the overall website experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced production environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
