At Raytheon, as an Electrical Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the product line within the Airborne RF Electronics Department. You will be working as a member of a team that supports a production program under the guidance of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead in McKinney and/or Plano, Texas.

What You Will Do:

  • Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to circuit card assembly (CCA)/Module and component levels to include analog/digital/power circuitry and interfaces.
  • Troubleshooting test sets down to component level to include analog/digital/radio and microwave frequency circuitry and interfaces.
  • Analysis of test data of products to make sure test specifications are met through use of SW (MATLAB) tools.
  • Generating and Updating documents, drawings, designs, and specifications.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or relatedScience, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session
  • Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Strong communication skills including report writing and presentations
  • Conduct failure investigations and provide recommendations to address systemic issues and to prevent recurrence
  • Experience with Manufacturing Engineering
  • Knowledge of LabVIEW, LUA, C, MATLAB, Python programming languages

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
