AI Software Engineer Intern
Location: Plano, TX

About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as an AI Software Engineer Intern, an integral role where you will have the opportunity to manage and implement integration services. This role involves executing test cases to verify the flow and function of an integrated system. Heightened attention towards group directives, legal, and financial obligations will ensure compliance and efficiency. You will also play a key role in maintaining and implementing E+OHS, data security, and privacy processes and tools on a global and local scale.
What you will do:
-Learn and test different Automated recompilation tools
-Recompile multiple Software code languages (C/C++, ASM, PL/I) to JAVA using Automated tools
-Create and test scripts to manipulate and map data across different repositories.
-Participate in Microservices development, automation and testing.
-Learn to create and use Helm Charts to deploy applications to Kubernetes clusters.
-Work with team members in an Agile environment.
The skills you bring:
-Minimum 2.7 GPA (or equivalent); please upload an unofficial transcript
-Actively enrolled full-time in an accredited undergraduate, master's, or PhD program at a four-year college or university at the time of the internship
-Available to work 40 hours per week
-Classroom or previous intern skills in Java and Java Scripting
-Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) knowledge or experience including (e.g., Git, Gurmit)
-Knowledge of and previous experience with Cloud (Azure or AWS) based solutions
-Oracle SQL with understanding of data management
-Experience or knowledge of Agile framework and methodology
-Understand Automation relative to software (such as testing automation)
-Strong communication and teaming skills
Preferred:
-Knowledge and experience in C/C++ and Python
-Understanding of Helm Charts
-Experience with Kubernetes
-Experience with Data management
-Experience with Automation tools
