What You Will Be Doing

As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) Intern, you will support the deployment and integration of grid-connected energy solutions, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), renewable energy systems, and EV charging infrastructure. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will gain hands-on experience in power systems, customer support, and field operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with system integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Support customer and sales teams with technical information and project requirements.
  • Collect and analyze system performance data.
  • Help troubleshoot technical issues and document findings.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and field teams on project-related tasks.
  • Assist in creating technical documentation and training materials.
  • Participate in occasional site visits and customer meetings.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Interest in power systems, renewable energy, energy storage, or EV charging technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with MATLAB, Python, or related tools is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant coursework, projects, or internship experience in power systems or renewable energy.
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics and basic power system concepts.
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus.
