Job description

About RepSpark:

RepSpark is the leading B2B wholesale eCommerce and sales enablement platform built for modern apparel, footwear, and lifestyle brands. We connect 250+ brands and tens of thousands of retailers through digital catalogs, line sheets, order management, and brand microsites — helping brands grow faster, sell smarter, and strengthen retail relationships.

With RepSpark Flow, we’ve introduced a new generation of automation, collaboration, and analytics tools that power wholesale growth. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can own how we communicate our product — both inside the company and to the world.

Role Overview:

This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our internal teams, partners, and customers understand what’s new, what’s next, and why it matters. You’ll manage product releases, craft positioning and launch assets, maintain competitive intelligence, and lead communication materials that make RepSpark’s value clear and compelling.

You’ll also own our Knowledge Base and product documentation strategy, partnering with Account Managers, ProServe, and Support to ensure articles reflect the latest product updates and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:Product Launch & Communication

Manage the internal rollout of new product and feature releases, including messaging, timelines, and enablement materials.

Collaborate with Marketing to translate product updates into blog posts, newsletters, webinars, videos, and other customer-facing communications.

Develop consistent positioning and messaging frameworks for features and releases.

Support product demos, webinars, and trade show presentations with clear, differentiated messaging.

Competitive & Market Analysis:

Conduct regular SWOT analyses of competitors (e.g., Elastic Suite, NuORDER, Shopify B2B, etc.).

Track pricing, packaging, and feature developments to inform RepSpark’s roadmap and GTM positioning.

Deliver quarterly “market pulse” reports with recommendations for product, sales, and marketing strategy.

Sales & Marketing Enablement:

Own and maintain RepSpark’s sales enablement toolkit — including battle cards, one-pagers, comparison sheets, and more.

Train Sales and Customer Success on new features, differentiators, and objection handling.

Partner with Marketing to produce product-driven content to train LLMs and power SEO, provide content for content campaigns, trade shows, paid advertising, and customer engagement.

Knowledge Base & Product Documentation:

Own the RepSpark Knowledge Base (KB), ensuring all product documentation, FAQs, and tutorials, videos, etc. are accurate, updated, and searchable. (Powered by TruPeer, a next-generation, AI-centric platform that will help you speed content delivery and make updates.)

Partner with Account Managers, Customer Support, and Professional Services (ProServe) to identify KB article gaps and update existing content based on tickets, product updates, and customer feedback.

Establish an editorial calendar for documentation updates aligned with product releases.

Track article usage, deflection rates, and feedback to continuously improve content quality and accessibility.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or related role.

Experience creating and managing knowledge base content or support documentation.

Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market motion and cross-functional collaboration.

Proven ability to synthesize product updates into clear messaging for internal and external audiences.

Skilled in competitive analysis, pricing research, and sales enablement content creation.

Excellent communicator — comfortable working across teams and distilling technical detail into business impact.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Workspace, LLM AEO/SEO, Knowledge Bases, and similar tools preferred.

Background in SaaS, retail, wholesale, or ERP/eCommerce platforms is a plus.

Why Join RepSpark:

Help define how leading brands — from Vineyard Vines to TYR and 5.11 Tactical — sell and scale their wholesale business.

Work closely with an experienced product and marketing team shaping the future of RepSpark’s platform.

Gain direct visibility into product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Join a collaborative, fast-moving SaaS team where your ideas translate directly into customer impact.
