Job Purpose:


  • To maintain the highest level of craftsmanship and customer service to support the Holmans Cabinets name and reputation in the Mid-Tennessee area!

  • Customer Service!
  • Kitchen/Cabinet Design and Measure
  • 20/20 and KCD Cabinet design

Skills/Qualifications:


  • A sincere desire to help others
  • Experience in Kitchen and Bath Design, Interior Design, or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Strong sales background, preferably within the design and/or construction arena
  • Expert skills in 2020 Design Software or KCD software are a plus!!!
  • Knowledge of Google docs, sheets, etc
  • Familiarity with social media websites such as Houzz and Pinterest
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
  • Ability to organize and focus on simultaneous multiple projects
  • Ability to see project through from conception to sale
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Engaging personality to create lasting relationships with team members and clients alike.
