Are you a college student passionate about agriculture and eager to launch your career with a leading John Deere dealership? 21st Century Equipment LLC is offering an exciting full-time Internship Program designed to give you hands-on experience across multiple departments and a front-row seat to the agricultural industry.

Your Internship
As a College Student Agriculture Intern, you will rotate through several key departments and learn how each area contributes to dealership success. Reporting to the Location Manager, you'll gain broad exposure before choosing a specialty you're most excited about.
Sales Department
  • Work with the remarketing team to evaluate used equipment
  • Assist with video marketing projects
  • Shadow sales professionals during customer visits and appraisals

Integrated Solutions
  • Explore John Deere Precision Ag technology
  • Learn digital tools such as Operations Center and JDLinkโ„ข Mobile
  • Understand the capabilities of embedded John Deere tech

Parts Department
  • Learn the Parts Expert system
  • Support inventory management
  • Help merchandise the showroom for promotions

Service Department
  • Assist technicians with machine assembly
  • Participate in service inspections
  • Learn service processes and tools such as Service Advisor

At the conclusion of your internship, you'll present a final report to senior leadership summarizing what you learned, your completed projects, and recommendations for improving the program.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current college student pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Agricultural experience is preferred but not required - we will teach you everything you need to know.
