As a technical leader, you will act as a hands-on authority throughout the software development life cycle. You will drive the architecture, design, and implementation of highly scalable full-stack applications, bridging the gap between complex business logic, modern React.js front-end experiences, and high-performance data warehousing. By establishing rigorous coding standards and optimizing system performance, you will guide our engineering team through a fast-paced, Agile environment to deliver impactful solutions.


What you'll own as a Full Stack Lead Developer

  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as the primary Full Stack Subject Matter Expert (SME), establishing engineering best practices, conducting rigorous code reviews, and providing mentorship to help junior and mid-level engineers excel.

  • Full-Stack Engineering: Architect and build secure, high-performance applications using Java/Spring Boot for back-end services and React.js for responsive, modern user interfaces.

  • Data Layer Architecture: Design and optimize complex program specifications to ensure seamless, high-speed interaction between UI components, backend APIs, and the Snowflake data layer.

  • Agile Governance: Actively lead Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners to transform complex business needs into actionable technical tasks, manage velocity, and remove blockers.

  • Security & Compliance: Drive architectural decisions regarding secure credential management and API security, ensuring all development aligns with Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance standards.

  • Testing & Validation: Oversee comprehensive multi-level unit and integration testing to ensure absolute data accuracy across intricate partner hierarchies.

What you'll bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack design and software development.

  • 3+ years of success in a technical lead or mentorship capacity.

  • Deep expertise in an Agile/Scrum environment with a proven ability to lead iterative engineering delivery.

  • Advanced proficiency in Java (Back-end) and JavaScript/TypeScript with a heavy focus on React.js (Front-end).

  • Hands-on experience with Relational Databases or Data Warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and expert-level SQL tuning skills.

  • The ability to translate ambiguous enterprise requirements into clean, scalable code.

  • A proactive, independent mindset, capable of owning architectural audits and cross-functional collaboration.
