Job description

Position Details:
  • Role: IT Support Specialist 3
  • Duration: July 20, 2026 – June 30, 2027
  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hour on W2
  • Interview: In-Person Only
  • Local Candidates: Must be local to the Metro Atlanta area
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner.
  • Support Windows 10/11 environments, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Assist with maintaining cloud environments and automation technologies (AWS CLI, Terraform).
  • Support business applications, A/V systems, video conferencing, and other IT infrastructure components.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3+ years of IT support experience.
  • Experience with:
    • ServiceNow
    • Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
    • Desktop hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
    • TCP/IP network troubleshooting
    • AWS CLI and Terraform
  • Professional certification is required (A+, Network+, Cloud+, or equivalent). Please be prepared to provide a copy of your certification.
