Senior Process Analyst
Location:  Walnut Creek, CA
Duration: 1+ Year
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Process Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing standardized processes for Security and Compliance requirement; Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Asset management based on the ITIL framework; and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Business Rules Management System (BRMS).
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Project Managers to develop effort and timeline estimates for developing & implementing standardized processes:
Security and compliance requirements processes; For example: HIPAA, SOX, etc.
Incident/Problem/Change/Configuration/Asset Management etc. processes based on the ITIL framework
SDLC and BRMS processes
Help identify tools for implementing and managing these processes
Develop standardized protocols for alert management and response
Establish and report on metrics for measuring compliance with the standardized processes
Train team on the processes
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements for regulations such as HIPAA, SOX, etc.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework
Strong understanding of SDLC and BRMS frameworks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Project management skills & problem solving skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of related IT experience
BS/BA degree in computer science, information technology or an equivalent field.
ITIL Foundation (V3)
Experience developing processes based on SDLC, BRMS
Experience developing processes for Security & Compliance requirements
Experience identifying and implementing tools for process management
