We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electric Motor Winding Trainer to educate students and trainees in the techniques, safety procedures, and best practices associated with electric motor rewinding and maintenance. The trainer will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training sessions, developing course materials, assessing student performance, and maintaining workshop equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training in electric motor winding (AC/DC motors, transformers, armatures, etc.)
  • Instruct students in both classroom and workshop settings.
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, practical assignments, and assessments.
  • Demonstrate proper use of tools, instruments, and materials used in motor winding.
  • Teach safety procedures related to motor maintenance and electrical hazards.
  • Guide students in troubleshooting, repair, and testing of electrical motors.
  • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of training tools, equipment, and lab/workshop facilities.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback and evaluations.
  • Stay updated with latest technologies and techniques in motor rewinding.
  • Support students in project work, internships, and certification preparation.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in electric motor winding and repair.
  • Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of AC/DC motor principles, transformer winding, and rewinding procedures.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and instructional skills.
  • Patience and ability to work with students of varying skill levels.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in vocational training or adult education (optional but preferred).
  • Ability to develop training modules and hands-on projects.
  • Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.
