You will enjoy a climate-controlled office environment while working remotely, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule without the constraints of a traditional office setup. Daily movements will generally include interactive sessions with department members and other healthcare providers, fostering a collaborative approach to patient care.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnoses when necessary, and evaluating patients' mental health status utilizing appropriate tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that consider cultural diversity, special needs, and the specific requirements of the patient population we serve.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, providing timely interventions and strategies to support recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records using industry-standard technology in compliance with regulatory and departmental guidelines.
• Collaborating with patients and their families to create a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and desired outcomes.
• Coordinating referrals and serving as a liaison between patients and treatment providers, effectively managing relationships with other clinicians and agencies.
• Providing mentorship and education to students, interns, and new team members, fostering a learning environment that enhances professional growth.
• Contributing to team development through peer reviews and clinical collaboration under the guidance of clinical supervisors.

This role focuses on individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses. You will work closely with a diverse population, addressing their unique psychological and emotional needs. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
