Job Description:

The IT Manager manages multiple IT teams and is responsible for the implementation, management, optimization, and support of applications, systems, infrastructure, and/or development responsibilities for the organization. The IT Manager role provides oversight & guidance of team(s), assigns resources to complete projects, ensures timely resolution of escalated support requests, and responsible for the evaluation and development of staff. The position works closely with fellow IT leadership to ensure the needs of the organization are met and sets strategy alongside executive leadership on current and future initiatives. The IT Manager collaborates with various departments to align technology strategies with business goals. The IT Manager position will represent and proxy for IT senior leadership as necessary.Education: Required:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience (8 years).Experience: Required: 2-5 years of experience in IT management and/or general supervision.Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in IT project management methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. In-depth understanding of IT applications, systems, infrastructure, and operations. Knowledge of process analysis, optimization, and documentation. Strong communication and collaboration skills.Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
