IT Specialist - SonSet Solutions

Here at SonSet Solutions, we use technology to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. As an IT Specialist, one will help maintain and support the technology infrastructure that enables our ministry to operate effectively and help to implement and maintain IT infrastructure for our partner ministries.

About the Role

  • Eager to learn and grow your IT skills in a collaborative, ministryfocused environment

  • Organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple support requests

  • Comfortable working with both hardware and software systems

  • Has a heart for ministry and desire to use one's technical skills to support the gospel

How One Will Serve

  • Provide daytoday IT support for staff and partner ministries, including hardware, software, and user issues

  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals

  • Help manage user accounts, system updates, backups, and basic security practices

  • Support and learn from networking tasks such as connectivity troubleshooting and equipment setup

  • Assist with technical support for radio partners, including studio systems and radio station automation tools

  • Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and process improvements as part of the broader IT team

  • Have opportunities for occasional travel to assist ministry partners and field teams with onsite technical support and system setup (travel is not required)
