IT Help Desk Intern (Summer)

Overview:
A large, multi‑office professional services firm in Connecticut is launching a paid summer internship for college students interested in IT support and infrastructure. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role focused on learning IT fundamentals through real‑world support work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide Level 1 help desk support
  • Triage and resolve support tickets
