WMBD/WYZZ Peoria-Bloomington, IL area is seeking motivated and enthusiastic college students for an internship in our News Department. We arecommitted to developing the next generation of media and digital journalists. As an intern you will gain valuable experience in a digital and broadcast newsroom. Interns will gain industry and organizational skills through daily job assignments over the summer

What You'll Experience:

  • How news media works across TV, digital, and streaming platforms.
  • Receive constructive feedback on progress throughout internship.
  • Develop content for both online and on-air.
  • The importance of collaboration between talent and production teams.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills in a media setting.

Qualifications:
