Interns typically work in different departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, or event management, learning about hotel operations and customer service. These internships help individuals gain practical skills, expand their professional network, and improve their chances of securing a permanent job in the industry after graduation. The experience is often structured with guidance from supervisors and may include training sessions or evaluations.
