We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant II to join our finance team in Coppell, Texas. This role is ideal for an accounting professional looking to build a strong foundation in financial reporting, general accounting, and financial analysis within a dynamic logistics and supply chain environment.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, analyze financial data, and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Analyze revenues, expenses, financial commitments, and operating costs.
  • Prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support tax preparation and financial reporting requirements.
  • Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
