What is an internship hybrid accounting position?

An Internship Hybrid Accounting position is a temporary role designed for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in accounting while working both remotely and onsite. This type of internship allows interns to perform accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, financial reporting, and data analysis using digital tools from home, while also participating in in-person meetings or training sessions at the company's office. The hybrid format offers flexibility and exposure to diverse work environments, helping interns build both technical and soft skills relevant to a career in accounting.

As a hybrid accounting intern, you can expect to handle a variety of tasks such as assisting with accounts payable and receivable, supporting monthly financial reporting, and performing data entry both in-office and remotely.
