Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, independency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation.
  • Track and ensure completion of onboarding paperwork and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain HRIS and personnel records with accuracy.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Assist with performance management documentation and follow-up.
  • Coordinate training, meetings, and employee communications.
  • Monitor task completion and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
  • Generate reports and assist with administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of HR, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
