What You'll Do
  • Lead dynamic group training sessions and personal training for youth, adults, and teams.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy, motivating environment every single session.
  • Modify programs to meet each athlete's goals, strengths, and limitations.
  • Teach proper form, movement, and safety with precision.
  • Build deep relationships - know every athlete's goals and help them crush them.
  • Provide ongoing education and accountability in strength, speed, and nutrition
  • Contribute to a culture that prizes excellence, community, and results.

What You Bring
