GDIT is seeking Human Performance Program Managers within our Military Health business to support the execution of large-scale, globally distributed military support programs focused on enhancing the readiness and resilience of the Warfighter. This role drives strategic initiatives that optimize physical, psychological, social, and cognitive performance across high-functioning teams.

The Human Performance Program Manager will support the recruitment, deployment, and sustainment of approximately 800 credentialed health professionals, many requiring security clearances, across 37 locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia, ensuring alignment with mission-critical objectives and federal government expectations.

HOW THE HUMAN PERFORMANCE PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Supports a large, globally distributed military support programs focused on enhancing the readiness and resilience of the Warfighter.
  • Serves as the PM, supervising large, globally distributed military support programs focused on enhancing Warfighter readiness and resilience.
  • Promote a culture of resilience and readiness, ensuring all program activities support the holistic well-being and operational effectiveness of high-performance personnel and their families.
  • Manages task order performance and executes oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel in support of this Task Order; to include administrative components (i.e. scope, schedule, costs) as well as personnel management of the contracted workforce (i.e. staffing, training, professional development).
  • Provides support to the customer contracting officer's representative and contracting officer.
  • Provides technical, administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order.
  • Provides guidance and leadership throughout the contracting team, to include to less experienced contractor personnel.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas required by the customer.
  • Supports contracted workforce in the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) rotations and/or deployments.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Performance, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience supporting human performance programs, including CONUS and OCONUS operations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification desired.

CLEARANCE: Position requires a Secret Clearance or above, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret

This position requires travel up to 35% as needed.

The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
