About the Role
We're seeking a talented and motivated Associate Product Designer to join our globally distributed team. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to create intuitive, human-centered digital experiences that solve real problems for our customers. What You'll Do
  • Design Human-Centered Solutions: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications that prioritize user needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate Across Time Zones: Work asynchronously and synchronously with product managers, engineers, and designers located in different countries
  • Map Service Experiences: Contribute to service design initiatives by creating customer journey maps, personas, and touchpoint analyses that reveal opportunities for holistic improvements
  • Maintain and Refine Design Systems: Contribute to the evolution of our design system by updating components, identifying inconsistencies, and suggesting refinements that improve usability and scalability across our product suite
  • Iterate Based on Feedback: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and team members to refine designs through multiple iterations, while maintaining up-to-date documentation that reflects design decisions and changes
