Job description

We need to focus on product managers that have brought new products to market from scratch and also from health care payer domain.

Recent Healthcare Payer Domain

Job Title - Product Manager -

Location - Hybrid / On-site – Bloomfield CT highly preferred or other Cigna hubs (NJ, MO, TN, MN, FL (Orlando) would have to work hybrid / onsite at other locations as well

Duration – 12 months contract

Note – Healthcare background must with technical and good communication skills.

MUST HAVES:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of bringing new products to market —particularly through coordination with multiple existing teams
  • 3+ years of healthcare product development, including regulatory, privacy, and interoperability considerations: (HIPAA, HITECH, FDA, etc)
  • 3+ years of experience with healthcare or digital health, especially in patient- or provider-facing tool(s)

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of bringing new products to market —particularly through coordination with multiple existing teams.
  • Ability to lead through influence across matrixed organizations, aligning stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working with both platforms and experience with product teams in fastmoving or complex environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare product development, including regulatory, privacy, and interoperability considerations.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and execution skills.  Preferred Attributes:
  • Background in healthcare or digital health, especially in patient- or provider-facing tools.
  • Experience navigating systems with reusable components, modular services, and shared design patterns.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance near-term delivery with long-term scalability.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving business and technical constraints.
