Program Manager with Healthcare Domain Experience 

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Business Management
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation, data & insights, platform modernization, and AI-driven initiatives to deliver measurable business value.
  • Partner with executing team in defining strategic roadmaps and program success metrics.
  • Establish governance frameworks and delivery standards to ensure consistent execution across the program portfolio.
  • Manage program financials, forecasting and resource planning.
  • Drive executive stakeholder engagement by providing strategic guidance, program updates, and risk mitigation recommendations.
  • Evaluate program performance using KPIs to drive continuous improvement and value realization.

Program Delivery & Organizational Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.
  • Oversee integrated program planning, dependency management, and execution across business and technology teams.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.
  • Build and mentor high-performing program management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, engineering, and external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage consulting partner relationships, including contract governance, performance management, and service delivery.
  • Champion Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency and organizational maturity.
  • Drive organizational change management, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and business capabilities.
  • Establish executive dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide transparency into program health, milestones, financials, and business outcomes.
