Serving customers across the Residential & Commercial, Industrial, Municipal, and Life Sciences markets, DuPont Water Solutions delivers innovative solutions that enable more sustainable and efficient use of one of the world’s most valuable resources.The Ion Exchange Resins business within Water Solutions is seeking a Process R&D Senior Scientist to join our team at the DuPont Experimental Station in Wilmington, Delaware.In this role, you will develop and scale innovative process solutions that enable new product introductions while improving the efficiency, sustainability, and economics of existing manufacturing processes. As an active laboratory scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and manufacturing professionals to solve complex technical challenges and translate scientific discoveries into commercial impact.We are seeking highly motivated recent Ph.D. graduates, or candidates within three months of completing a doctoral degree, who are eager to apply their technical expertise to real-world challenges.
