This is an opportunity to join a dynamic marketing environment where creativity, experimentation, and measurable content performance are highly valued.

Accountabilities
  • Conceptualize, create, design, edit, and deliver social media content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads.
  • Produce short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, motion graphics, static designs, thumbnails, advertising creatives, branded assets, and user-generated content-style videos.

  • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable tools and create motion graphics and animations using After Effects.
  • Design branded visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other appropriate creative tools.
  • Use artificial intelligence (AI) content creation tools to enhance productivity and creative output while maintaining authentic, human-centered storytelling.
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated content to ensure it meets professional standards and maintains a natural, relatable brand voice.
  • Translate marketing and business requirements into creative concepts and technically executable content.
  • Develop content for professional Business-to-Business (B2B) audiences while maintaining a warm, accessible, and engaging communication style.
  • Create and adapt content for paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads creatives.
  • Collaborate proactively with team members and stakeholders throughout the creative process.
  • Continuously experiment with formats, creative approaches, and emerging tools to improve content quality and performance.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to the development and improvement of creative processes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, authenticity, consistency, and audience engagement across all deliverables.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience creating social media content across multiple brands and projects.
  • Strong experience as a social media content creator, designer, video editor, or comparable creative professional.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or a similar professional video editing platform.
  • Strong experience with After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

  • Experience creating Business-to-Business (B2B) content for professional audiences.
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to visual quality, brand consistency, and storytelling.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective creative and technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to working with team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn new tools, formats, and creative techniques.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating social media content and design work is required.
  • Experience in the language, translation, or localization industry is a plus.
  • Experience creating user-generated content (UGC)-style videos is a plus.
  • Experience developing Google Ads creatives is a plus.
  • Experience providing AI-assisted or AI-generated content examples is a plus.
  • Familiarity with third-party creative and marketing tools is beneficial.
