Position Summary:

Princess Anne Country Club is currently seeking for servers to work the main Clubhouse dining areas. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals to obtain experience in a fun and energetic environment. This position is responsible for providing food and beverage service to club members and their guests as well as the setting up and breakdown of service and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service, demonstrating strong knowledge of the menu and daily specials to confidently answer questions and offer recommendations 
• Deliver an exceptional member experience through timely, accurate, and personalized service 
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all service areas, including prompt table maintenance, clearing, sweeping, mopping, and proper waste disposal 
• Work collaboratively with the service team by completing all assigned opening and closing side work to ensure smooth daily operations 
• Assist with the physical setup, execution, and breakdown of special events, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail 
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment focused on hospitality excellence

• Exhibit great communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail while multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively under pressure.
