As a game development intern, proactively seeking feedback from senior team members and participating in cross-functional meetings can greatly enhance your learning. You'll often collaborate with designers, programmers, and artists, so being open to diverse perspectives and taking initiative on small tasks or side projects will help you develop a broader skill set. Embracing challenges, asking questions, and volunteering for new assignments can lead to deeper understanding and make you stand out for potential future opportunities within the company.
