About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central point of contact, orchestrating the development process from concept to prototype. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end development of prototype products, ensuring all stages are executed efficiently.
  • Monitor the overall development process for assigned product lines, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Act as the primary liaison for development details with external vendor partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
  • Create and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Coordinate the workflow of weekly updates to ensure composite sheets serve as an effective and timely communication tool across internal teams including production, technical, and merchandising.
  • Track product development timelines to ensure execution aligns with established schedules and deadlines.
  • Communicate intricate design development details clearly and concisely to all relevant stakeholders.

What You'll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of product design and/or development experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Canva, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated agility and adaptability, with the ability to manage varying duties week to week.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Internship experience in a fragrance-related environment.
