  • Tu collabores a la conception et a la realisation de produits numeriques de calibre mondial, incluant des applications Web, services Cloud Native et integrations back-end.

  • Tu t'impliques pleinement dans les ceremonies agiles et discussions techniques, en apportant ton expertise et ta vision sur l'evolution des produits, et ce, peu importe ton role dans l'equipe.

  • Tu utilises les outils de developpement assistes par IA de facon rigoureuse et responsable pour ameliorer ta productivite et la qualite de tes livrables.
  • Tu contribues aux aspects DevOps : pipelines CI/CD, deploiement, observabilite et bonnes pratiques de gestion des secrets.
  • Tu travailles etroitement avec l'equipe UX/UI pour creer des experiences utilisateur innovantes et de qualite.
  • Tu es a l'aise pour communiquer directement avec les clients, presenter des solutions techniques, vulgariser des concepts complexes et accompagner les equipes dans l'adoption de bonnes pratiques.
CE QU'IL TE FAUT
  • Tu es une personne passionnee et orientee vers les resultats, qui sait analyser, prioriser et trancher efficacement face aux situations les plus diverses afin de de batir des produits et services de haute qualite.
  • Tu possedes un anglais et un francais fonctionnels pour repondre aux besoins des clients dans un contexte professionnel.
  • Tu as une solide experience cote front-end avec des frameworks et des langages modernes comme TypeScript, React ou Angular, et tu es a l'aise en back-end avec des technologies comme Elixir, .NET ou Python. Tu possedes aussi une certaine experience avec les services Web REST ou GraphQL, ainsi qu'une bonne comprehension des outils modernes de deploiement et des principes DevOps.
  • Ta curiosite naturelle et ton enthousiasme t'amenent a apprendre continuellement et a t'adapter avec plaisir a des stacks variees selon les besoins des projets.
  • Tu comprends les bases de l'IA, tu sais l'utiliser de maniere responsable dans tes flux de travail et tu es a l'aise avec les outils de developpement assistes par IA (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
  • Tu as demontre ton autonomie et ta proactivite dans tes nombreux projets passes et ton savoir-faire et ton savoir-etre contribuent a rendre l'equipe meilleure.

WHAT YOU NEED

- You have solid front-end experience with modern frameworks and languages such as TypeScript, React, or Angular, and you're comfortable on the back-end with technologies like Elixir, .NET, or Python. You also have some experience with REST or GraphQL web services, as well as a good understanding of modern deployment tools and DevOps principles.
