Internal Medicine Or Family Medicine Physician

BJC Medical Group is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a teaching hospitalist position at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, the largest community based hospital with BJC Medical Group. BJC Medical Group serves thousands of patients every day across Missouri and Illinois. We are a physician-led group and part of BJC HealthCare, one of the top health care organizations in the country. Join our team today!

Position Highlights:

  • Teaching position
  • Oversee a team of two interns
  • 7 max patient census per intern
  • 12 Hour Shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Closed, 30 bed ICU
  • EMR: EPIC

Preferred Experience:

  • Teaching beyond residency
  • 2-5 years hospitalist medicine experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $300,000 Yearly Base Compensation
  • $30,000 Sign-on Bonus
  • $100,000 Student Loan Repayment
  • Tenure Bonus starting year three
  • Quality Bonus - paid yearly
