Description
The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Private Event Supervisor.
Private Event Supervisors supervise and participate in the day-of execution of private events, including serving as client and vendor liaison, ensuring an exceptional guest experience to both the client and guests and flawless presentation of our services and spaces.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supervise and facilitate all aspects of day-of event execution and guest relations, including but not limited to: proper room setup and floor plans, housekeeping, maintenance, temperature control, A/V and lighting, kitchen readiness, security, damage prevention, food and beverage service and staff.
  • Facilitate multi-vendor load-in and load-out of the building using multiple entrances, including but not limited to: A/V, entertainment, decor, floral, caterer, beverages, event design, etc.
  • Serve as the Fox Theatre representative to the client, vendors, and guests.
  • Facilitate an emergency response as necessary, with coordination with police, security and maintenance personnel, including alarm systems, first aid, evacuation, shelter-in-place, communication with life safety, fire codes and occupancy, etc.
  • Other duties as directed.

Essential Physical Requirements:
  • Regular periods during which there is continuous physical exertion required.

  • Must be able to lift materials or equipment, some of which is heavy or awkward.

Other Requirements:
